National Dialogue on AI in Food Safety
The University of Guelph (AI4Food and Research Innovation Office), along with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), are organizing the second event in the National Dialogues on AI in Agriculture and Food Series, entitled the National Dialogue on AI in Food Safety. This event will be held on October 1 and 2, 2025 at the Delta Hotels Guelph Conference Centre, Guelph, Canada. It aims to foster cross-sector conversations exploring the transformative potential of AI in enhancing food safety while addressing ethical, technical, and regulatory challenges.
